zur Teilnahme für Folkloregruppen
(Live-Musik, Tanz, Gesang)
aus dem Ausland

Unsere Konditionen entsprechend C.I.O.F.F. Richtlinien:

Wir übernehmen:
- alle Kosten für Übernachtung und Verpflegung sowie für die medizinische Grundversorgung während des Festivals
- Transportkosten, die unmittelbar in Deutschland entstehen (Kosten für 30 l Diesel/100 km)
- symbolisches Taschengeld (laut C.I.O.F.F. Richtlinien)

Wir erwarten:
- die Teilnahme an unserem Festival
von Donnerstag, 7.7.2011, 13.00 Uhr
bis zum Sonntag, 10.7.2011
bzw. Montag, 11.7.2011 (Abreisetag)

- Tanz, Gesang, Livemusik (erforderlich) mit traditionellen Instrumenten und Auftritt in Volkstrachten der Heimatregion,
- Beitrag zum Thema Ländliche Sitten und Bräuche aus der heimatlichen Region, Animation des Publikums zum Mittanzen
- Teilnahme (offizielle oder weitere Interessenten) am Symposium
- Gruppenstärke max. 32 Personen inklusive Offizielle und Fahrer
- Landesflagge

Ausdrücklich bitten wir die Gruppen, typische Spezialitäten aus der Heimat mitzubringen und zum Verkauf anzubieten (wie Speisen, Getränke, Handwerkskunst u.a.)

Gruppen, welche gleichzeitig Volksgruppen bzw. Minderheiten repräsentieren werden bevorzugt berücksichtigt.

Honorare für Vorstellungen werden nicht gezahlt.

Bitte beachtet die Einreisebestimmungen (Visa usw.) nach Deutschland.

Announcement -
Participating of folklore groups
(live-music, dance and singing)
from foreign countries

Our conditions (according to C.I.O.F.F guidelines:

We assume:
- all costs for accommodation, food and medical care during the festival
- transport costs, for participants originating in Germany (cost of 30 l diesel/100 km)
(The costs of transport to and from Germany are at the expenses of the group)
- symbolic pocket money (according to C.I.O.F.F guidelines)

We expect:
- your participation in our Festival
from Thursday, 25. 6. 2009, 13.00 hrs
to Sunday, 28.6. 2009, 19:hrs
or Monday, 11.7.2011 ( departure day)

- your individual live program and performance (instruments, dance, singing and just live-music!) in folk costumes representing your country or region. If possible, involvement of public is much welcomed.
- we expect your participation in a Seminar (official or interested persons)
- group strength approx. 32 persons in total (including accompanying members).
- national or regional flag.
We should like to emphasize particularly that all participating groups bring with them typical specialities from their home countries to offer these for sale. For example food, drinks hand crafts or other souvenirs.
Cultural groups who represent minorities or other ethnic groups shall be given preference.

Fees for performance are not paid.
Please make sure, that you have all travel documents and all visas required for entry to Germany .
